Entrepreneur Life is my personal video diary and behind-the-scenes series, documenting the realities of building businesses, balancing family life and taking on new challenges.
Some episodes are filmed on the move, some in the office and others wherever life happens to take me.
I'll share what's going well, what isn't, ideas I'm working on, lessons I've learned and the day-to-day experiences that rarely make it onto social media.
There isn't a script or a set format, just honest conversations about entrepreneurship, business and life as it happens.
If you enjoy following the journey rather than the destination, this is the series for you.
Welcome to Entrepreneur Life with me Joel Campbell, and I am an Entrepreneur.

Should you buy a house in 2026? There's merit to renting and buying however, in this day and age I think the idealisation of buying a house as an investment, has lost it's worth. What a lot of people don't see is the interest of the mortgage or the monthly payments that have to be made without exception. There's so much more to it then owning the property (or the mortgage in most cases) Let me know what you think, if you are in any of the situations listed in the video please reach out if you would like to be included in the podcast.

Before anything is said, yes, university is needed in SOME cases. I believe there are better paths to take for certain careers that both cost less and you learn more. I would love to know what you think, if you are a current student, if you are thinking of enrolling, if your degree has helped you or even if you feel like your degree is just a bit of paper. I would love to hear all of it.

After countless Indeed posts and reviews, I have been thinking about the simplicity of these job websites. You see a job that you like and click apply, on to the next. There seems to be less of reading up on the job and seeing if it is the right fit, making it harder for employers and the candidates to truly find the right fit.

So when we tested out the 4 day work week structure a couple of years back, we learnt a lot about the process and how it ACTUALLY works.
After having a look at the financial affect and the individual problems that comes from it, we decided that it was not compatible with our business and how it runs,
If there are any ideas that you would share on this, I would love to know

I say comments, it's less plural, I think it's important to look over these things and reflect on why people are saying what they feel. Someone has got to be in the wrong (I'm never wrong)

Being a CEO isn’t what most people imagine.
It’s not just leadership and vision — it’s becoming a master of everything your business needs in the early days.
One hour you’re doing marketing.
The next it’s finance, hiring, operations…
Sometimes all at once.
It’s intense.
It’s humbling.
But it’s also the best education you’ll ever get.
Every challenge sharpens you.
Every small win reminds you why you started.
